- BlackBerry A10 (aka Aristo) Back Cover Compared to BlackBerry Z10 & Q10
We have been seeing quite a bit of the rumored BlackBerry A10 Aristo recently. The latest is a comparison of the back cover to the BlackBerry Z10 and Q10 devices. It seems like it is made out of the same plastic as the back cover of the Q10 which is a sort of woven plastic. I was hoping that the sides would be steel or aluminum like the Q10 and 9900.

Many of you know Ofutur from the comments on BerryReview and know he loves to tinker. He let me know that he was poking around the latest 10.2 OS build and found some interesting stuff. First of all he found official renders of the BlackBerry A10 Aristo from the help files. On top of that he spotted 2 new camera modes including High Speed and Panorama mode. Hopefully those are software features and not hardware so they come to current devices.
The help renders also show a side loading SIM and MicroSD slot that is under the back cover. This is nice to see since the battery seems to be built into the device making these slots hot swappable (hopefully). Should be interesting to see how that plays out!

Both the BlackBerry Q10 and Q5 just got some loving this weekend courtesy of flexNinja. They posted up OS 10.1.0.4561 on CrackBerry forums for both devices. This is the latest we have seen that is not 10.2 so definitely jump on it. Its running fine for a few friends so it should be good to go.
Check out OS 10.1.0.4561 for the Q10 and Q5 at Mega. Make sure to perform a FULL BACKUP since this will wipe your device like new and we take no responsibility for anything that happens. Mainly this is a full wipe of your device so make sure to have a good full backup to restore when done.

The BlackBerry A10 (Codename Aristo) just doesn't want to be kept a secret anymore. We now have a leaked video of the device in action (in Vietnamese no less) with its insane hugeness. Those of you whole love those bigger screens will definitely be waiting for this device. I am still holding out for a torch style BlackBerry 10 portrait slider. Kudos to Vivex for scoring the video!
